01.Business Development 1 (Site)
We engage in land and business development that stimulates communal & economic growth. This may also include housing development and expanded programs, services, and opportunities for the poor and homeless, as well as social systems that improve and promote greater opportunity, growth, and prosperity for those living in the community.
02.Business Development 2 (Office & Production)
We assist in office administration, management, and tools, designs, and programs that facilitate operations and product services, as well as the institution toward quality monitoring and public services
03.Job Readiness, Interview, and Resume Assistance
We assist you in preparing a resume and finding work. We may also assist you chose the best career choice. We coach you in the interview process so that you become the best candidate in a highly competitive job market. We also help you find and use the best recruiting apps, tools, and programs needed to assist you in finding work. Our workshop is free. It's a 1-hr five-day class. A $5 fee is required. Our classes only twice a year. Once you find work, please donate any amount to USap-USA.
04.Civil Rights & Unfair Acts & Discrimination
We research and investigate these social issues and help our clients seek legal assistance. If the complaint is egregious, we will take action by sending the party a USap Letter of Complaint (LOC) and seek to take legal actions. This is a free consultation service. if the case is accepted, clients pay only $25 to start. We may have our member attorneys view the case or refer the case to an outside legal group. We then only ask for a 12% award return if the case is won the legal firm.
05.Business Unfair & Deceptive Acts
Some businesses do acts that are discriminating, unfair, or those acts that are in their best interest while violating certain rights or acts that limits or may neglect other for profit or self-interest. Any times, these businesses get away with their unfair acts. We help to ensure this is not the case. Let us know if you have any such issue. If it's a worthy case. We will see that something is done about it.
06.Public & Job Safety Issues & Concerns
If there is an emergency, always call 911 first. However, there are times when a second option or an advocate on your side. We have members who worked with agencies like OSHA and others who are able to spot potential work related or public safety issues. If you have concerns and reached out for help, yet no one seems to care. let us know about the issue. We will try to help you address the issue or concern. This service is free, yet for some complex cases, we may charge a small $5 filing fee
07.Family & Relationship Counseling
We have relationship counseling to help people work through issues that seems to break people apart. We try to help those who want help in their relationships but can't seem to find the right help. As with all our low-cost services, we only charge a $5 service fee for a 1-hour consultation. For most issues, the cost is a minimum of one-hour service fee for up to three days for the related issue.

09.Workshops & Training
We provide a variety of training, social information, and educational materials for children and adults.
10.New Business Assistance
If you are a new business, like the SBA, we assist and coach you through our business operation & processes. We may also work with the SBA and provide you with business materials and info and may refer you as necessary to our respective professionals or others who will help give you the best chance and resources you need for success.
11.Data Processing Tools
We have programmers who work and can assist you in operations processing, database systems & management AI tools for inventory control, marketing assistance, apps, and more.
12.Business Admin Assistance
We assist new & existing business owners with their administrative needs.
13.Construction & Solar & 3D Designing
We have professional engineers & drafters to assist you in your project designs, permit submissions, site review, and surveying, as well as 3D printing and more. If you need assistance, contact us to see what availability we have to assist you.
14.Manufacturing & Assembly Concerns
If your manufacturing facility seems not to be producing as it should, contact us. We may be able to help you improve your production, as well as help design systems, processes, and programs that will facilitate or operation better.
